1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery of their order. To qualify, the product must meet the required conditions, and a valid reason for the refund must be provided. Any requests beyond the return window will not be eligible for refund processing.

For a refund to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original state.

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • Items must be free from damage or breakage caused by the customer.
  • Products must be sent back in their original packaging.
  • Opened or tampered skincare items are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will always be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Online payments will be refunded directly to the card, UPI, or bank account used.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving account details.
  • Seonul does not provide refunds in the form of store credit unless clearly stated in promotions.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Timeline

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refund approval will be communicated via email or SMS.
  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days once approved.
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking systems or unforeseen issues.
  • Customers are encouraged to retain the refund confirmation email until the amount is reflected.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a refund or replacement.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup and process your refund.
  • No additional shipping costs will be charged for defective or incorrect items.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

6. Non-Refundable Products

Certain products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include skincare products that have been opened, tested, or tampered with. Customers are requested to check all details carefully before unsealing the product, as once opened, it cannot be refunded.

7. Responsibility & Limitations

Seonul reserves the right to reject a refund request if the returned item fails to meet the eligibility criteria. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect customer information. Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received and verified by our team.
