At Seonul, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This Shipping & Return Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and how customers can request a return or refund if needed. 1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take additional time for processing. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email or SMS notification with dispatch and tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We partner with reliable delivery providers such as Shiprocket and Delhivery to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Standard delivery time is approximately one week, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
- Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
- Customers will receive live tracking updates once their shipment is dispatched.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To make shopping easier, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
- COD is available across India for all customers.
- No minimum order value is required for COD orders.
- Customers must ensure accurate delivery address and availability at the time of delivery.
- Refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
4. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the products meet our return conditions.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and not broken.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging.
- Hygiene-sensitive products opened or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Store credits are not issued unless stated in special promotions.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with proof (such as photos or videos). Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. We recommend checking product details carefully before opening the packaging, as once opened, the item becomes non-returnable.
