📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your package in real time using the link provided.


5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect/incomplete or if the package is not accepted by the customer:

  • The order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for second delivery attempts.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns if:

  • You receive a damagedleaking, or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Opened packaging
  • Products without original box/seal
  • Items purchased during sale or with discount codes (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request:

  1. Email us at support@seonul.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
  2. Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued in the following ways:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or UPI transfer.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong product delivered

Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item is inspected and approved.


🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
